VISITOR PARKING AREAS ON CAMPUS
Visitor parking is primarily designated within areas controlled by digital pay stations, although the University does maintain some single- and double-space parking meters at various locations throughout campus.  The campus map provides a visual location of these facilities.  The hourly parking rate may vary between location, as well as hours of operation and parking restrictions – as they relate to enforcement.  Additionally, although current rates and operational hours of these facilities are listed below, please remember that they are subject to change during the year, or may be unavailable due to reservations for various functions or sporting events. 

Locations

Union Lane Garage - A 285-space garage situated between the Stamp Student Union and Cole Fieldhouse.  Hours of operation are 7:00a.m. to 2:00 a.m. daily. Current rates at this facility are $3.00 per hour, with a $15.00 per day maximum and a $5 per day maximum on Saturday and Sunday.

Stadium Drive Garage – A 800-space garage situated adjacent to Byrd Stadium, the Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center and the Riggs Alumni Center.  This is a mixed-use facility, meaning the parking spaces are appropriated to visitors and permit-holding commuter students and faculty/staff members.  The hours of operation, as a digital pay station facility, are 7:00a.m. to 2:00 a.m. daily.  This location is also used for prepay visitor parking on evenings and weekends, as necessary, for Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center events.  Current rates at this facility are $3.00 per hour, with a $15.00 per day maximum and a $5 per day maximum on Saturday and Sunday.

Paint Branch Drive Visitor Lot  - A 187-space surface lot located near the A.V. Williams, Animal Science, and Agriculture/Life Science building.  Thirty of the 187 spaces are reserved for permit-holding faculty/staff members and the remaining 157 spaces for visitors.  The hours of operation, as a digital pay station facility, are 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. daily. Parking rates at this location are $3.00 per hour, with a $15.00 per day maximum and a $5 per day maximum on Saturday and Sunday.

Mowatt Lane Garage - A 1700-space garage located near Van Munching Hall and the Robert H. Smith School of Business.  This is a mixed-use facility, with the spaces being utilized by visitors, and permit-holding faculty/staff and south-campus resident students.  Three hundred fifty parking spaces within this facility are allocated for visitor parking on the top level of the garage. The hours of operation, as a digital pay station facility, are 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. daily. Parking rates for this facility are are $3.00 per hour, with a $15.00 per day maximum and a $5 per day maximum on Saturday and Sunday.

Regent's Drive Garage - Approximately 20 visitor parking spaces will be assigned by the Fieldhouse Drive entrance to Regent’s Drive Garage.  Hours of operation are 7:00a.m. to 2:00 a.m. daily. Current rates at this facility are $3.00 per hour, with a $15.00 per day maximum and a $5 per day maximum on Saturday and Sunday.
